This is because of the emergence of bguerville ps3 toolset as there is not much reason to update older tools that are not as safe as the toolset. The toolset will be Fully supporting 4. The problem with HAN is that it's been superseded for a long ass time but every version some people say something along the lines of "HAN is all I need", which is fine, it's everybody's right to resist change, at their own expense, but when it comes to not switching from HAN to HEN people are resisting change at the devs' expense.
