Windows store download stuck after pc restart
Well, I'm right back where we were with Forza Horizon 3 back when that released. I can't download FM7 Ultimate because I get to a certain point and then the download restarts. Yesterday I thought all was going good, had about 25gb downloaded which is pretty dang good for my slow connection and left it going overnight, expecting it to be at around 60gb downloaded or so Why hasn't this issue been fixed at Microsoft? There's even a post on Reddit about a work-around which describes what seems to be the core issue, which is the download URL which the Windows Store app uses expires every few hours, and then has to restart because the app isn't "smart" enough to know how to continue the download.

By this, it is clear that Recoverit is user-friendly and easy to use even by the most basic user. Note: Change the boot sequence of your computer before you begin any recovery from unbootable Windows If that fails then reinstall Store. Start with Step 4 to turn off Startup freeloaders which can conflict and cause issues, then Step 7 to check for infection the most thorough way, then step 10 to check for damaged System Files.
Then continue with the other steps to go over your install most thoroughly. This reinstalls Windows while keeping files, programs and most settings in place, and is also the most stable method to advance to the latest version. I hope this helps.
